Hello, my name is Naomi

I am the mother of a spiecal needs child by the name of Sierra, she has Spina Bifida, and yes I have gotten the looks of what are you talking about, and of course I have been accused of frauding the medicaid system because she looks normal but she has bladder issues and she has a shunt and such so I am hoping that I can find some people who even if they are not in the same boat as me kinda of understand whats up and wotn mind if I vent.
