Anyone remember that song? LOL

Anyways, I'm up all night with Sammy because she has a sleep deprived EEG at 8 am Thursday. UGH So far, so good, but it's still early and DH already put in one of her movies and it's over now :( My plan was to put in pooh's heffalump movie at 11, have a snack and shower after that, play some computer games, then turn on Monster's Inc about 3am. Ruby is green with envy because Sammy gets to stay up, she thinks this is some party, LOL. I guess she was worried we would forget to wake her up and leave her home alone!!
We're still apt hunting, there's nothing within our budget for a house. We found one that is about $70 cheaper than we're paying now, but it's much smaller and no garage (an apt) The LL doesn't do credit checks, which is good since I'm having trouble getting that judgement taken off my record. I still worry what my present LL is telling ppl, I know they are giving us a bad reference. We told the LL at the new apt this, he says he will do a rental check, then call us to discuss what was said before accepting or denying us. So there is hope yet?
I don't know if I'll be at chat tomorrow, it just depends on how the day goes, but hopefully I will make it on time !!

Some magic dust coming your way to help keep you awake. I remember those horrible nights of trying to keep my dd up for a sleep deprived EEG. ARGH No envy from me on the all-night party. Ruby can take my share of the envy. LOL Fortunately, that was one of the few times that the X stepped in. He took the second half of the night (because he was going to be up anyway since it was his work schedule only his day off... not a real big bother really). I got to sleep for a few hours anyway. WHEW Hope all goes well!

I hope the "sleepless" night was just that and the EEG goes well today!

Sammy did great!! She had a hard time staying awake after 5:30 am, but she made it and wasn't even totally asleep for the EEG. Her seizures are becoming more generalized, and I've decided I really don't like the neurologist (although her english has gotten better, so that helps). The EEG tech was definitely a hottie though :)
Ruby did pretty good too, did I mention she refused to go to bed last night until we wrote a note that said "Don't forget Ruby" because she thought we would leave without her since she would be the only one in bed, LOL.

Glad it went well. I'm so glad that you found a solution to getting Ruby to bed. Inventive thinking on your part! LOL Sorry you don't have a choice of neurologists! Waiting for the answers to Jan's ???

Well, she kept going back and forth about whether or not Lamictal is the best choice (it's not!!) then decided to wait until the bloodwork comes back.
Ruby still won't let me take down the note about not forgetting her - she must be insecure about something. Things have been so stressful lately, I'm really not surprised.

Did you get the bloodword results back?
