I wouldn't bake it in anything because the heat can alter the physical make-up. I would try to mix it in something (I always had good luck with ranch dressing--my son loves ranch on EVERYTHING!) or try to use it sprinkled on top of peanut butter cracker (take a cracker, spread pb, top with another cracker) -- hopefully with the crunchy-ness of the cracker he wouldn't be able to taste or feel the grains of the med. As a last resort, I would bake brownies or cupcakes and then put some of it on with the icing (I don't do this often, but it does work effectively -- especially with chocolate frosting!)

Good Luck!
