Turner's Syndrome

I just found out that my roommate has Turner's Syndrome, and I have been looking it up on the internet. I know what it is, but is there anything I should be terribly concerned with or should keep my eyes open for anything in particular? Also, as I was reading about this, I was wondering..Is there a higher death rate among kids who have this? I have read that women with this have various troubles, and that crossed my mind.

Thanks, SL

They thought my daughter may have had this when she was diagnosed so I have some info on this. We were told that Turner's kids have a normal life expectancy though some may have kidney or heart problems. They are short in stature & the only real medical problem is they can't have children...they usually have to have hormone/estrogen therapy. Hope that helps.
