  • donuts
  • toast
  • cereal + juice
  • cereal + coffee
  • Toast + juice

  • eggs ++ (what ever you wish extra)
  • Never eat breakfast

I actually eat oatmeal for breakfast -- with cranberries, wheat germ, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon.

I love oatmeal too.....I just tend to eat it more at night...I did this when I was on Weight Watchers, and it really curbed my appetite.
