Ben has always had a lock on cuteness, but now he's at the adorable "spontaneous hugs and declarations of love" stage. I love it! :) (I may also have earned some love from him for alternating between kid shows and Mum's choice this morning, hee hee.)

I can't seem to get my tushy in gear to get caught up with cleaning.  Maybe today will be the day.  No kids or dh around.

Becca -  I think it's a good idea to know what you are doing in case you get a group started.  :)

I am shocked how fast 45 minutes go by on the computer!  I usually get home from dropping JJ of at 9:15, and give myself until 10 to be on the computer.  I always end up rushing.  Of course, I am not able to do it everyday, so I have to try to cram everything into the few days I am able to do it.

I forgot to mention, I am no longer babysitting the two boys.  At least for the rest of winter.  My kids keep getting sick, and she had to keep making different babysitting arrangements.  So we agreed she would take them somewhere else for the time being.  She did say she wanted to send them here again after cold season, but I am not sure yet.  It depends on what job the father of my other family gets.  They take priority since I have been babysitting for them for going on eight years.  Plus, as I have posted before, I am so over babysitting!  Those two girls are different..they are like my own children, and my dogs don't have to be locked up when they are here.  But the boys don't know how to handle them.  So, I went from earning $ from two families, to none.  I am sad about losing the extra grocery money, but like being able to focus on just my family for a change.  :)

I tend to get a lot done when both kids and Hubby are out, but it feels weird that I'm by myself, so I don't actually wish for it to happen often. Maybe that will change as they get older and louder? ;)

Time really flies while online! It's like the clock goes double-time or more as soon as I sit in the computer chair!

Poor dogs having to be locked up when the extra boys are there. I hope the mother is able to keep her current arrangement when cold season is over, so you just have to care for the extra girls or your own kiddos only. It would be hard to say No, but it sounds like less is better!

Tutoring was cancelled this morning since my student is a substitute teacher and had to work! That left me lots of time this morning: got to my Bible studies, finished the letter to my great-aunt, and weaved in the ends of my rib stitch project before taking a photo. (Will do a blog post by tonight, I hope.) We also went to the library before lunch, my "excuse" to get Ben some fresh air and also stop by the post office to mail off the letter. We even took the dog with us for a little car ride.

I might have used the wrong oven temperature to make ribs and potatoes - I think they're almost finished cooking, earlier than I was planning. Will check on them again soon and maybe just turn it down to keep things warm and avoid burning. I'd much rather have this kind of meal cooked faster than take too long!
