I've been wondering about you, Ronda. It sounds like although you're busy, life is pretty good! Yay for no headaches and for easy potty training! And yay for friends!
I'm so glad to see things are going well for you and your family!! Woohoo to not having headaches anymore, and your teeth being in good shape. I need to try to make some irl Christian friends. Most of my friends are either non believer, or say they believe in God but have no relationship with Christ.
I hope you find more time to come hang out with us soon.
Ronda so great to hear from you. I'm really glad that your headaches are under control, that's good news. :D
How exciting that your oldest wants to get married! Wow! Prayers that he will be able to soon.
I'm sorry you have all been so busy, I know how crazy life can get. What wonderful news that you made some nice IRL friends. I know for me I really have a hard time making new friends because I'm shy and don't often put myself out there. I really cherish the friends that I do have.
I'm so glad that your headaches are finally under control and that you are making some friends there. That's always exciting, especially when it takes time to get to that point. (and i will resist the temptation to fuss at you for swapping out your awesome iv peeps for real people ;))
Wow to David being 3 now and Luke becoming a teen!!! How are your kiddos growing so quickly?! And hooray for the great potty training--what a huge blessing!!!
I'm so glad to see you here and i hope you're able to pop in a bit more. Make sure to check out the age group threads--they are a new place to chat and not quite as intimidating as ltp ;)
Oh, Ronda...How I have missed you!!!! I'm so glad to hear that things are going good for you...busy, but good. And wow to eventually getting a daughter (even though she will be in-law)!!!!
We just learened in church on Sunday that friends are a real God send. I pray that your friendships will just grow more everyday and that they will help you grow in Christ!
God knows what He's doing, doesn't He? At the very least, He'll have the pastor without a church considering a new job and the church without a pastor getting to know a great man who could be their new leader! Even if it doesn't work out, they'll have made an important connection and both sides could have a clearer picture of what they're looking for...
Once Sis #2 is moved in this weekend to her new house - keys are hers today! woo hoo! - I must remember to bring up the question of where they'll go to church now that they're in a new town. Maybe they'll want to come across the tracks and join us at the small little church down the road from me. Otherwise there's a large one down the hill at the edge of the city. I'm curious about that one, but it starts a half-hour earlier and would also require driving, so I haven't checked it out.
(When I lived in Eastern Canada, I experienced both little, medium and large churches. I loved the large Wesleyan church the best but I don't think it was really the size that made it feel like home. Still, when I see a large church building here, I wonder if it could be filled with great people and awesome ministries.)
