Here is the thread updating the situation: 

Prayer partner sign ups are a little late because i counted my months wrong, but i wanted to throw out a poll for you guys.  Sign ups have been down lately so I was wondering if we needed a change.  So please respond to this poll by next Monday afternoon and then we'll proceed from there :smileyhappy:


 

How should we handle prayer partners? Keep it like it is with 2 month pairings Switch to 3 month matchups Take a break from partners and have an ongoing prayer thread in that folder I have an idea that I'll post as a reply    pollcode.com free polls

Lol Cindy! I had the word "other" in front of the last option and i must have deleted it! Becca-i think the poll is set up so that you can change votes. Let me investigate...

Hmm...well, i can't see a change option now so i can either edit in a new poll or we can just discuss ideas here since there aren't too many people weighing in. Or if you have something you'd rather say under the radar, just send me a pm :smileyhappy:

No under the radar needed, I just realised that instead of sticking with the status quo, I also wouldn't mind doing 3 months at a time. There have been a few times I've been sad to change prayer partners after the second month, but somehow I forgot about that when I first saw the poll!

Still hoping more of the Facebook group will feel comfortable with the idea of coming back to iVillage, not just for prayer partners but it would make that area more lively for sure. I miss the ladies I already knew and want to know the others, but there's only so much computer time and I have a certain iVillage loyalty... :smileywink:

  1. I voted:smileyhappy:  I feel like I'm juuussstt getting to know someone after two months, and then it's time to switch.  Which is fun, too, but if we're looking for a change, my vote is to keep some continuity and go to three months.
