I am looking forward to getting to know you guys too.
We have been having a rough go of things lately. Sarah is in the hospital. Still diagnosing her condition(s). She is having a milk scan done as I type to see if she is aspirating her feedings causing her to get pneumonia. She also has MRSA and is being treated with antibiotics. They are trying to get some weight on her by feeding her through an ND tube and hopefully the extra weight will help her lungs mature. So needless to say, prayers are a welcomed form of support right now.
As for my older kids, they are handling things well. Real troopers they are. Please continue to pray for Sarah and our family and let me know what prayers are needed in your part of the world.

Beth, tThank you so much for inviting me to join your March Prayer Partners....looking forward to getting to know you all!
I will definitely put Sarah in my prayers, along with the rest of your family.
nice to meet you karyn. i will definitely add your family to our prayers. i always find it easier to pray for someone when i know their names, so if you feel comfortable enough could you provide them? if you aren't comfortable, don't feel obligated.
i admire you for praying for and asking for prayers for your step-daughter's mom. it's easy to pray for those we love, it isn't always so easy to pray for people who complicate our lives. it takes a very big person to do this. God bless you for your insight and for your love for your step-daughter. i hope she knows how much you love her.

hi ladies!
i've been out of town until last night, so i just wanted to pop in and let you know that i am here, and i'll post more when i get the chance.
ok, i'm more awake now =)
beth - i'm praying for little sarah, that she will be healed and get on with her life. also praying for you and your husband to be calm and at peace, and for your boys to be blessed with patience!
karyn - praying for your family situation! how awesome of you to be praying for your dsd's mom - you will be blessed for that!
lindy - how can we pray for you?
well, kai is much better today! no fever. he was cranky this morning and couldn't get to sleep, but he just took a nice nap, and he's actually playing, which he hasn't done in a couple days. yay! i'd love continued prayers that he will heal, and that he won't get thrush from the antibiotic - i hate that!
if you don't know, my dh is at basic training in GA for the army - he's joining the reserves. he's been gone about 6 weeks now. we'll be going to his graduation in april, then he'll be home at the end of june. anyway, i'd love prayers for his success and strength and safety, and also for us while he's gone. thanks!
I am going to jump in here, since I never get around to signing up! Praying for baby Sarah!
Also, to lovingmommy9 (sorry, i forget your name!)- when I was a preteen/teenager, but especially b/w the ages of 11-14, I was horrible to my dad. I have the BEST dad you could ever imagine, but I was moody, and our personalities always clashed.
Good morning ladies!
Karyn-welcome aboard and I will pray for the situation with the bio mom and also for the relationship between your dsd and her dad. The emotions/hormones at that age are so unreal, and i pray that they get through this time with a strong bond and new love and respect for each other. And i pray for peace for you through this (((((hugs)))))
Beth- how is Sarah doing?
Colleen-ugh to getting sick out of town. I kwym about how hard that is-elijah went through the same thing when we were on a trip in Fl and the only place that would take him was a walk in clinic that was really run down and kind of dirty-bleck. I'm glad he's feeling better for you and i hope he continues to heal. And i can't believe your dh has been gone 6 weeks already--it seems like you had just posted about him leaving!
Whitney-yay for the dh's work being busy and i pray that you guys can get everything ready for your new arrival :)
