We had our house renovated a couple of years back. It was actually during my 1T with JJ. We had something done in every room of the house. It was a crazy spring that year. But I did and still do love all of the changes we made. My two favorites are the laminate floors, and our new cupboards in the kitchen. We were going to get some cheaper ones, but the nice quality ones were on sale, and came with a free sink base, so we were able to get them. I love them, and hope you love your new ones too :)

I'm really looking forward to the changes.

Shayne (DH) came home early from his trip, but the bad part is he is sick.

Praying for Shayne! I am so glad they he knew something was wrong, and didn't delay with getting help for it. Wow to the prescription costs! I hope you are able to get a good amount back.

Do you and your guys have any big Valentines day plans?

If Shayne is up to it, we have tickets to the church's comedy concert. The main act is Tim Hawkins this year. The church does this every year.

That sounds like fun. Dh has to bowl on Valentines day. The day before we are taking Julia to see Sesame Street Live. Hopefully we can find somebody to watch JJ, because my parents can no longer come up. After that, we are all going to dinner together for V-day. It's a burger joint, and kids eat free on Sundays. Fun and cheap is a good thing :)

It must be difficult having your dh gone so often. When dh first started his job, he had to do training in another city, and was gone for 3 weeks. He was only home on the weekends. That was very hard, and I'm glad we don't have to do that often.

Yikes to the pock getting into Shayne's eye, but I'm glad he is getting better.

It has been warmer here the last few days, but only in the 40's. I can't wait for the 70's! I have been taking Julia outside during JJ's naps. I can't take him out because he doesn't have snow pants. The ground is still covered in snow, and mud where the snow has melted. It's messy :(

I'm pretty sure I pulled muscles in both my legs. Today is the 3rd day with horrible pain in them. I know it's not just from working out. I know how that feels, and this isn't it. They have not started feeling better at all after 3 days. Actually, I think they are worse today :(
