i should pay more attention...I didn't even see this posted.

Hi ladies. I think I know most of you...Robanne i remember talking to you on TTCCS when i was CL over here (i have that right...right???)

Tara you know I am always praying for you...but extra prayers for you going up..i know how hard the transition from 1 to 2 is..

everyone else I look forward to getting to know you better. Little about myself...I am Shae I have been married for 6 years and we have Nathan who is 4 and Josh who is just about 19 months. I have been on this board since it started in Aug of 07 and absolutely love it. My whole idea of this board was moms being able to share their love for Christ and their families and it has become so much more than that. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through the hardships of this last year without everyone on this board. I finally took care of the hardships when I had a hysterectomy almost 4 weeks ago. I am feeling amazing and so glad that the surgery is over and I don't have to go through all that anymore. Well, I am rambling now..can't wait to get to chattin!!

Hi Ladies

I'm Latoya mom to four blessings.....three boys and one girl.... Dontrell, Adario, Isaiah, and Saiyuri :O)

I'm so happy to have found this board. I came over from the Feb Sweethearts 2007. The ladies there are so wonderful and helpful, but many of us do not share the same beliefs....so I was blessed to find this board instead having to debate or offend someone when I wanted to talk about God.

I've always believe in God, but I never went to church. Now things are going so well for my children and I. We have a wonderful church home, I'm learning the word, learning how to pray, and I'm understanding the imporatance of it all. Even my children at their young ages are happy to go church and learn.

I know I'm going on and on....but it feels good and I justed wanted to share...I look forward to getting to know you all.

Shae I'm gald to hear that your surgery went well and that your doing good. I prayed for you while you were in the hospital....we all did :O)

P.S. Ladies my kids and I just moved to a new city....about 30 minutes from our old place. We don't know the area too well or the people, but we loove our new place. I'd just like for you all to pray for our safety and peace of mind......It takes awhile for me to adjust....Thanks a bunch

Well here is my little intro...

Im Nikki, and I have been on here off and on for awhile. Our internet and computer problems kept me from getting online alot...but we are back and I am soo happy about that.

Married to Nate since May 19th 2005. I have two step girls that live with their mom in Oklahoma and we have two sons together. One is in heaven waiting for us. He (Dylan) was stillborn back in 2005. And then we had Conner after months and months of bedrest (I have an incompetent cervix), and he is about to turn 3!

We go to a small church called New Hope Baptist Church and truely have found our church home. We are both (hubby and I) are active in the church and are going to be getting more active here shortly (I just volunteered to be in the nursery more and to learn the powerpoint system for the visual part of the service *our sister in Christ who does is has a lung tumor and will be out for awhile*)

I am a part of the prayer team at Church and we go to Monday night Home Group, which is for the 30's age group. Our Church does the age group studies throughout the week since they beleive that each age group goes through things that are unique to our ages.

Prayer Requests right now would be for me. I need them soo badly. I have been out of sync with myself and God. I feel as if he is just soo far from me right now. I have not been reading my bible as I am used to....have not been praying to him as I am used to...and just feel so disconnected with him. And so I could use some help from you ladies in helping me get back into the groove of things with my readings and prayer.

Ok...what are you girls in need of prayer over....I have my paper and pen ready (since there is so many of us...just thought my poor ol mind might need the help lol!)...

Hugs, nikki

Hi girls. How is everyone doing.

There is a new prayer request for us. My grandmother (that raised me) lives in Illinois...and we are in Florida. Now she has never met Conner and we are thinking of making the trip up, by car since flying would be to taxing on Conner and his issues, when Nate gets his vacation time in May...

My request is for God's wisdom on the trip planning...making sure we are doing the right thing...though not sure on how making the trip could be wrong, we just want to make sure it is the right thing to do. My grandmother was suppose to come down for the visit...but with her health, I am thinking this is better.

Thanks so much girls,
Hugs, nikki

hey guys.

I am praying for everyone. Hope everyone has a good friday. we are supposed to get a blizzard today that will carry over until sunday. with anywhere from 2-15 inches of snow predicted. With 40-60 mph winds. So I can't guarantee I will be here over the weekend since we are guaranteed to lose power at some point. we really need the snow so 15 inches would be good. it has been so dry our summer and water supply is really going to suffer if we don't get some significant precipitation soon. praying for you ladie and please keep us in your prayers this weekend as this storm moves in. (we are excited the boys got snow clothes and sleds for christmas when we had an early christmas with family from out of town at the beginning of dec.)
