1T Check In - October

It's almost the end of the month, so I thought I'd check in :-) This month has been CRAZY!!!! I've just been working and getting the kids ready for their Christmas Concert and trying to keep at home in order and a toddler happy and, definitely, trying to keep my meals down :-/ Some days are great and I worry that baby isn't doing well. Some days are AWFUL. Oh well. At least my sicky-ness is usually in the afternoon and I only work in the morning. Bummer, then, is I feel gross when I'm at home with my girl. Oh well, guess that is the best of the two options.
I miss wine the most. Hands. Down. I don't drink at ALL during the 1st and second trimester and very, very sparingly during the 3rd. Oh well. It's for a good cause, right ;-)

Well, now I'm helping my Aunt plan my moms surprise 50th birthday brunch :D So that'll pass time till the 19th! Then it'll be getting ready for Thanksgiving...I should survive the wait haha!

Thanks Angie, I know he has some hesitation, I just want him to explain them to me. Tell me what it is he's worried about etc. So we can address those worries, assess if they are founded, and are more worrisome than me having another c-section. The risk to me goes up and up with each one.

I want to go about it in a smart way, and very educated and praying each step of the way. I just can't even explain how important it is to me to have a VBA2C. I just can't not try. I would regret it forever if I didn't.

Aweee the good news is you aren't high risk to need the early monitoring! The un-fun news is that those early peeks are fun :) You should be able to hear a HB and/or see quite a lot on u/s if you have one then :)

I'll pray that you guys are directed to the best birth for baby #3. On the one hand I do understand you wanting a better birth experience than before & think it's great you are so proactive in getting there! On the other I understand your DH's hesitation to not be near the hospital just in case. Maybe you'll have more info after a few appointments to work with. Or maybe you can find a compromise- like a really good doctor or midwife that will listen to your wishes for as long as possible. Praying!
