Catholic School to Ban Skirts & Jumpers

Starting next fall, a Catholic school in Connecticut will ban skirts and jumpers after some girls were "tramping up their uniforms" by rolling the waistband of their skirts to make them shorter.

Funny they're taking such drastic action to and "age old" issue. I and my aunts had to do the kneeling test - if it didn't hit the floor, they called your parents to bring appropriate clothing.

As my elementary/middle school was some Protestant denomination (Bible church?) they didn't allow girls to wear pants unless it was 32 degrees Fahrenheit or less. I remember the day it was 34. Brrr!

But seriously - I think they need to address the issue of why the girls are sexing up their uniforms. As one commentator mentioned, it's only a matter of time before the girls try wearing tight pants and such. I also remember the girls in my class trying to wear black bras under their white uniform shirts. Lol.
