My current #1 favorite (of my many favorites) would be "Raising Faith-Filled Kids (Ordinary Opportunities to Nurture Spirituality at Home) by Tom McGrath. It's published by Loyola Press, but you can also find it at amazon. I'm Family Ministry/Baptism Coordinator at my parish and we're going to be starting a Catholic Parenting group in October at our parish with much of the discussion based on that book. There is a newly published discussion guide to go with the book (also from Loyola Press). http://www.loyolapress.com/ If you check out the book at amazon it's one that you can "look and see" inside.

My favorite is by Gregory Popcack, it's called The Catholic Parents Guide to Raising (Almost) Perfect Kids there are also activity books for families centered around the liturgical year celebrations that we have found useful.
