My advice would be to contact a local mohel (not rabbi, although a rabbi could point you to a mohel). You could then ask what they charge. Some MDs train as mohels, and advertise as such. You could also explain your difficult financial situation, and perhaps they would reduce their charge. You are not required to have certain parties present. Ask the mohel you decide on.
I know in the Philly area, the local Jewish newspapers have ads for mohels, but you could also search on-line. What metro area are you in? One of our members may be able to give you ideas on resources.
