An idea I had for this is to use the scripture in Alma 32 where it talks about faith being like a seed, and to "experiment upon my words" to see if they are true.
Often, when we have to have FHE on Sunday nights (as we do right now), it can be difficult to incorporate a formal FHE. So, when that happens, we opt to have a discussion around the dinner table about what the kids were learning about that day in church. I remember one such discussion that happened sometime last year. Ethan asked how we knew Heavenly Father was real when we couldn't see Him. I remember asking him if he could see the air. He said no. I asked him if he could smell the air. No. Could he taste the air? No. Could he hear or feel the air? Only when the wind is blowing. So, then I turned it around and I told him that I cannot see Heavenly Father. I can't taste Him, or smell him. But when I am in need of comfort, or an answer to a prayer, or if I keep my heart tuned to spiritual experiences and really pay attention, I can hear His answer to a prayer, and I can feel His loving arms when I'm in need of comfort. That's how I know He is there.
I did this on my mission, but it would be a great FHE.

I LOVE that idea, Melanie! I'm totally going to use that--love the quote, too!
I am confused on how to make the rocket, though.
No, you don't need the contents of the bag.
