Fathers day gifts, not havingmuch luck this year trying ot figure it out...

I am on the look out for a frame that says we love our daddy

As for a gift for a preemie. To be honest I would go with clohtes for later in the year, everyone buys tons of stuff for right now, a bouncy seat with a head holder as they need extra support, a boppy pillow for midnight feedings, preemie diapers (if you can find them) a fisher price activity dome, great for traveling and having a place near buy for baby.. ok can you tell I ahve a new born..lol

Just my ideas, hope it helps

Hi Lisa! I wanted to retype my response to this. It got lost apparently...my PC has been acting real weird with lots of "cannot display page" error messages. UG! This must have been one of those times. I don't know if you have ideas ywt or not but I have a few.

For the baby shower, what I have found to be a great gift is to give film and a photo album. You can do a regular album or a scrapbooking one. Both are great to start memories. Sometimes people give albums, but no film. =)

For Father's day, key chains with a laminated pic on some wood is great! It goes everywhere daddy does! =) I love decorated baseball caps too, if your DH is the kind who will wear it. If not, a BBQ apron may be cool.....just have Ryan decorate it.

WDYT??

Lisa try oriental express, too. They have a craft catalog. You hve to buy in packs, but they're so cheap, you can make them for other people too, or save them for future stuff, or just general art around the house. =)

Janet =)

PS Let me know what you decide!! Share the wealth, man! LOL!!!

Thanks, Janet! That catologue is a great resource but I am careful....I ordered some crafts for the fall and they were supposed to be user friendly,lol...but even i couldn't get the string through the holes,lol...I called them and they refunded our money but the kids and I were really disappointed...so just be careful on what you ordered:)

Hi, just adding my 2 cents for Fathers Day gift ideas. One year I bought one of those collage frames and filled it with pictures of dh with our two ds's. Another year I had a picture of the 3 of them blown up poster size (they put it on a board also). This year I may do a scrapbook of the 3 of them, not sure if I'll have time! There is a catalog, Exposures, that has tons of frames, and very unique things made with photos. I love the bbq apron idea--that's cute! As far as the preemie gift, clothes for later on, diapers, those have already been mentioned, but great ideas.

Have you checked out Personal Creations (they have a catalog and a web site, just add .com to the name) for the father's day frame? The ones they sell have that kind of message and you can personalize them. I've also seen similar frames (although not personalized) at Linens N Things.
