I have a 5 yr old daughter and a 4 yr old son and my daughter shows none of these behaviors or issues so it is getting a little frustrating. My son is home with me all day and no matter what

Hello and welcome to the board!

I think it is fairly normal for a boy this age to be quite active.

Hm... well, I would say its normal that he doesn't remember what you said 2 minutes before.. LOL Same thing with the eating thing... But I can see your concern... Logan can focus on an activity for 10-20 minutes, depending on how interesting he thinks it is. Sometimes far longer. He's not fidgety.. but that could be a personality thing (I tend to fidget). In the end - its your intuition you should follow. Getting the evaluation will either pinpoint an issue and help you guys tackle it.. or it'll set your mind at ease and keep working at behavior modifications. Let us know how the eval goes!!!
