--- IDEA for feeding BAD EATERS---

Just an idea that I implemented and it works:
My son is 4 and he doesn't eat too well. No veggies and not much of fruits. Well, I was able to stick some veggies into the sandwich, but that's not enough and always a hussle...
Anyways, luckely my son drinks juices. Sooo I bought a juicer and I made a juice out of the veggies that he wouldn't even touch (broccoli, zucchini, squash, letuce) and added the sweet fruits like grapes, pear and plums. I added that selfmade juice into his juice that he usually drinks (that is any V8, cranberry, apple, orange - I usually make a mixture). And it worked. I am so happy now - I know that he has his vitamins. I do it maybe once a week and the juice holds in the fridge for about 3 days. (You can freeze it if you want for longer)
I bought this juicer:
Black & Decker Fruit & Vegetable Juice Extractor
The reviews are not that great - but it perfectly works for me. It is small and although the squeezed pulp is a little wet, since I am eating it with apple sauce myself - I am happy.
Hope it helps to those who is struggling with the kids who don't like right foods.
