I started hearing Santa questions in May!
Good Morning! This week will be hectic like every week in our house! Yesterday we had Kindermusik in the morning, then played at the place until noon, went home, dh came home for lunch, after he left, we took naps, then by that time I had to go and pick my sister up from work and bring her home (she just moved down here a couple weeks ago from Maryland and has to get her car registered, another long story) by the time dd and I got back home, we had just enough time to make dinner. I was in bed by 9:30 last night.
So today we might be going over to a friends for breakfast, then to the library for story time. I just recently left my Tuesday morning bible study group to take her to story time since she likes it so much. Then we have to go to Walmart for stuff for MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) on Friday. Then pick my sister up from work on her lunch break, take her to the dmv to get her liscence, bring her back to work, go home do the regular stuff, eat lunch, clean up, take naps, then go back to her work to pick her up..................ok, I am in need of a nap from writing all of that.
Wednesday we have art class in the morning and we go to church every Wednesday night for dinner and bible study. Thursdays are my only free days where I have nothing preplanned, then Friday we have MOPS. I am the coordinator for the children's portion of the program called MOPPETS. It is a volunteer position and it is a lot of work, more than I had orginally expected, but loving every minute of it. MOPS has a website www.mops.org. It is a wonderful program and they don't "shove" religion down your throat.
Now that I have written a novel.........Christmas........I am still lucky that she really has no concept of Christmas and Santa Claus. Of course when she sees something that she wants, I tell her that she can tell Santa when she sits on his lap soon....but she will probably freak out like every year.
