DS is 3 years old has been potty trained since Aug. Preschool and at home no problem no accidents. Now we are peeing our pants. At home and at school. I called Peds Dr asked for appointment they told me potty train your kid and call us back when there is a problem. I called back asked for supervisor and said I want him checked for bladder infection. DH's company is changing health insurance companies so we will get a new Peds Dr.

Any other ideals of what could be going on?

Hi Trixie.

This is not unheard of,there maybe something going on at daycare,or he just desided he was tired of having to stop what he is doing to go potty, does he seem stressed at all when he comes home from school?

Is he wetting his pants at night as well?If not, then the chances are,it is not bladder infection, but there certanly is no harm in checking.

Does he get to the potty in time for to poop every time?

Please keep us up-dated on his tests.

Pooping on potty isn't an issue at all. Which can't be said for the rest of his little friends he plays with at school. DH says I am over reacting. But he isn't complaining about anything but I'm worried.

Maybe he's just going through a distracted stage and stopping to go pee is "just too much work" in his mind right now? Perhaps some gentle reminders every hour or so to go try? I've seen that happen with my nieces where they went through a stage of peeing their pants cause of that.

Thank you Sara,my thoughts as well.

maybe a quick trip back to the plastic pants may help.
