Ive tried everything to get my 22 month old to sleep though the night. The cry it out, answer when he cries and give him a sippy cup of milk, hold him and rock him back to sleep and lay in his room, he has also slept with me so I can get some sleep. Everytime I let him cry it out whether its just getting ready to goto sleep or in the middle of the night he will throw up! He was sleeping though the ight around 5 months an then around 11 months something hit him and now the crib just makes him throw up! HELP please I need some sleep!!

That's so rough!  Sleep is one of those things that they have total control over and it can be so frustrating- I've been there before!  I think my biggest suggestion is to find a solution you are okay with doing long-term and stick with it.  If you decide that crying it out is best for you- go with it and don't give up.  Eventually he will stop making himself so upset that he will stop throwing up.  If you think that co-sleeping is the best arrangement- go with that and keep with it.  Consistency is key, especially at that age.  Wishing you the very best of luck and many good nights of sleep. :)

We used a great book called the No Cry Sleep Solution.  They have a lot of great suggestions in it to help with getting them to sleep through the night.  Also remember that sometimes not sleeping through the night is related to growth, new milestones, being sick, even teething if they haven't got all their teeth yet.
