First off, Welcome and congrats on the new baby!

Have you just talked to her about it? If she's going to get a new room, I say it's time for a fresh start! Talk to her about being a big-girl and really get her excited. Explain to her how a new room means some changes-some big-girl changes! My DD, Mara would do anything if I told her "big-girls do this" (and luckily

I agree.. maybe make a BIG deal about getting a new bed, and maybe do a whole set up in the room (themed) if you can? Logan is almost 4 (tomorrow!) and he still has times that bed time is horrible. I've found that currently, if I sit in the hallway with my back turned to him (I'll usually knit) - he will not cry.. and settles down and goes to bed. I didn't like the cio thing either... but I couldn't keep going in his room - it was driving me insane!!! I have only used this about 3 times in the last month.. but its been a sanity saver for me.
