Absolutely I see a difference when she misses a nap and my dd will be 4 soon. We kept her in a crib until 3 to help with sleep issues. I personally believe that most of the hyper active type behavior in preschoolers are due to the child being over tired.

The difference between the days they nap and the days they don't is so obvious, isn't it? For a while I was going back and forth thinking that maybe he was getting ready to give up his nap. Really, I don't think so! He's much more fun to be around when he isn't over tired.
