I have a 3 year old little boy, he is potty trained and never had diaper rash a day in his life. He doesn't make it through the night without an accident so he wears a pull up at night, but durring the day he pees/poops in the toilet.

Hi there!

I'm sorry to hear that your little guy is dealing with these little bumps.

We've had some eczema issues as well. Are you using the same type of diaper that you've always used? Have you tried to put some corn starch (this method is under debate with doctors, but we used it for real wet areas like the neck, and i'm not sure if you could use it on the crotch---now that I'm thinking about it, maybe this isn't a good idea) to dry up the area? Maybe it is just wet? Another thought---I found that my boy dribbles a little bit of pee in his undies before he makes it to the bathroom. Maybe that bit of pee in his underwear is causing him irritation. Try changing the underwear during the day and see if that improves things.

Thank you for the replies! Now that I think about it I dis recently change his brand of pull up... will switch him back to see if it helps. I've been keeping him dry with powder but yes h does dribble a little before getting to the potty but I always change his underwear when I notice it. Hopefully the pull up change is the issue! Thanks again 2 both of u!

I hope the change in pull ups is the answer. It can be so hard to tell, especially when your kiddo already has such sensitive skin. Hopefully changing him back with do the trick!
