I will preface this by saying my kids watch WAY too much tv, and I know this.

I've never even heard of Bubble Guppies or Team Umizoomi! They sound like fun shows, though!

Oh, I forgot that Landon likes to watch Caliou on occasion as well. I really cannot stand that show! There is far too much whining going on for my taste. ;)

Emma likes Caliou quite a bit also, but we don't get to it too often, I think its on at the same time as Dora or Blues Clues now. Bubble Guppies is new, its the cutest show, they do a lot of songs about things, like build me a building, an episode about construction and the tools that are used. Team Umizoomi is a show mostly about math, they "save the day" of the little preschool child by doing tasks that usualling involve measuring, shapes, and math. THey have a lot of stuff on Nick Jr.'s website that are helpful also. I am thinking of getting the Team Umizoomi backpack set for the 4 year old for christmas, it has a bunch of math games and worksheets to do it in.

Thomas, thomas thomas. Maybe some Bob the builder, and Little People. That's it for us! They also like Max and Ruby but we don't get that channel

Those both sound like super cute shows. We'll have to check out the Nick Jr website. We got rid of cable TV last October so we watch whatever we can find on Netflix right now. I always forget to see what can be watched online!

LOL! It's weird because my boys were never into Thomas at all but it seems like a lot of kiddos just love it! Landon has taken a small interest but he's not addicted... yet! As for Max and Ruby, I still catch my older boys watching it (but don't tell them I told you. LOL!).

You can watch both shows on Nick Jr. 's website. I have thought about losing cable, but can't give up my football during football season and don't care to watch the games online. We also have my ipad that I download tv shows too and will put it on in the car like a DVD player, it workes well enough for us.

I'm not a bad mom, I promise, but TV is always on in the background. Maddie my almost 4 year old will even watch Grey's Anatomy during the day on occasion (but she can tell you all about different medical terms, which is pretty good). Anyway, we watch Bubble Guppies sometimes (they love the Clambulance episode with Avi), Peppa Pig every day, Fresh Beat Band, and Max and Ruby. They will every so often try to change it up.
