I'm trying to find the time for simple things, like making appointments, eating better and resting when I can, but it's a challenge. In fact, I wrote about the experience in my latest post, Taking Better Care:

As a parent of toddlers, do you find time to take care of yourself?

I try to do "my time" when Logan is sleeping... lol naps and after bedtime. This doesn't always work out well when there are things to be done... but at least its an opportunity!

I pretty much never have "me" time. When my daughter is sleeping, I am always trying to get work done since I work at home. So, basically, I have a very hard time relaxing. I also just found out that I am grinding my teeth at night because of pent up stress! I know I need to change my lifestyle, but it's so hard. I hope to start doing yoga once a day and cutting down my work schedule so I can chill out a little more. But I also feel so sad knowing that my daughter is growing up. I wouldn't mind if she stayed this small forever, lol.
