Hi, everyone,

My name is Adrianne. I'm new here, but not to iVillage; I joined back in July of 2000 when my daughter was 2.

Thanks to Kelly (mom2emsopmax) for my beautiful siggy! Photobucket

Hi Adrianne,

Welcome to the board! Tracy gave you tons of great ideas! I was also going to suggest nuking apples in the microwave with a little cinnamon and sugar. My son loves to eat them that way. Good luck- I hope you find a way to prepare them that your son likes. :)

I chopped them then steamed them and either gave ds the soft chunks or pureed them when he was younger. Oh and i did that skin and all to keep the good skin nutrients. Never had a problem but ds was never very picky.
