Know how to take a car door apart?

My DD used the automatic window slot as an ATM and my debit card is now inside of my car door! I didnt even realize she had it until I heard a clunk! I though she dropped something out the window. Thankfully we were parked in a spot. I got out and checked, but nothing. When I asked her what she had she said the mountain card. I put it in there, and pointed to the window. (My card has a mountian scene on it)

Ugh!! No cash and no checks..... hopefully I dont need anything right now LOL

There are plastic "screws" that keep the plastic inside panel connected to the outside panel. They are a pain to get back in once taken out, and as long as they don't break, it can be done. I would take it to a dealership and ask them to do it for you. It may cost you a little bit, but it would be worth it.

And I thought my 3 year old had some really good "hiding spots". LOL!

Call the bank and get a new debit card, that's how I would do it. LOL. Unless it is rattling around and bothering you, why waste all of that time and effort. Bank might charge you $5 or $10, but for me it would be worth it.

I just ordered a new bank card, and blocked the other one LOL! The dealer was going to charge me. So I just paid $5 for new card :) Oh the joys of having a toddler!
