Madison has been potty trained for a year now, but suddenly the past week or two, she has been having small accidents.

I've had this happen with my older boys and with them it happened when they waited too long to go. They'd be busy playing or doing something and they just don't want to stop what they are doing to go. Could that be what is happening? With them, as soon as I saw them fidgeting like they needed to go, I'd make them stop and go before they could continue playing. Seemed to work when I saw it but it was something they ended up having to outgrow.

Nadia has done the same thing. I think as it's been longer since she was trained, I sometimes forget to remind her to go. And now she is getting better about going herself, so I don't think to remind her if it has been awhile. But she sometimes get caught up in whatever we are doing and I think just waits too long to go, then pees a little. I wonder if you remind her to go a bit more frequently if it will stop.
