I adore Valentine's Day.  I know a lot of people don't care for it, but I look at is a day to just do fun little things.  Do you celebrate the day? Do you do anything special with/for your children on that day?  What about crafts/art projects?

Oh, fun!  A wreath will be a great project to do together.

My older boys don't get excited about crafts as much as they used to but I'm sure I can find something fun for Landon and I to do together. I don't do much candy either- maybe one small thing for each boy- then I like to get fun little things like pencils, cups, erasers, etc.  I usually make a fun breakfast too- last year was heart shaped pancakes and pink milk.  :)

How fun!  I'm sure you'll think of a super fun way to celebrate the day.  Man, last class party?  Time flies, doesn't it? I was a little sad realizing we didn't have to do Valentine's for my oldest son this year.  Crazy!

We're actually going to be on vacation on Valentine's Day (falls on the same week as Mardi Gras this week) so I've been trying to think of how we can celebrate it, away from home. Would love any ideas!

I also just realized this will probably be the last "Valentine's Day school party", I'll attend. My youngest is a 3rd grader and next year he'll be at a middle school. Sniff!!!
