What time do parents go to sleep?

I've been a late night mom... often going to bed at 11:30 p.m. or later, just so I can enjoy some downtime without the kids. Only problem is, I'm exhausted and subsisting on coffee throughout the day. I wrote about wanting to stop this bad habit in my latest post, The Olympics of Sleep:

Curious what time other parents of toddlers go to sleep at night? And if you crash early, do you feel like you're missing out on downtime for yourself?

My kids go to bed at 7 and I usually crash out around 9. I've always been an early riser even before my kids were born. I worked at a job where we just had to work 8 hours between the hours of 5am-6pm...I liked to get in at 5 so I could leave at 1:30!! That's why we started the kids going to bed so early to begin with because my husband had to get in at 4! Our schedules have changed somewhat...I'm a SAHM and he doesn't have to be to work until 7, but I still crash out pretty early because I like to get up an hour or so before the kids...They're usually up by 7:30...yes, they typically sleep 12-12 1/2 hours.....

I totally feel like I'm missing out on "me" time. I always think, "I could take that cake decorating class at Michaels, or join a small group at church" but my husband works a rotating schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off so he never has the same days off. He doesn't get home until after 8 on the days he works, so no one really does stuff that late...and to be perfectly honest, I am SO ready for bed....

DS (17 months) goes to bed at 7pm and DD(will be 3 in April) goes to bed at 7:30pm. I crash around 9:30pm DH gets home from work between 10-11pm. I can't stay up to see him come home I am tired of falling asleep on the sofa so I just gave up.
Two kids is all I can handle I am so tired I don't know how people do it with 3,4,5,6 and more kids. My day starts at 6am kids are up DH has to be out the door by 7:30am. I run around all day chasing kids and cleaning. I am never done and the house always ends up a mess. By 9:30pm I just give up.

Ya my husband comes home from work all amped up and energetic...he cleans the house while I sleep...I feel like a jerk since I've been home all day, but in our 7 years of marriage, I've discovered that if I don't leave him something to do, he finds something to do...which usually means he does things like cleaning out my wallet, throwing stuff away I don't want thrown away, etc...A little mess on the floor keeps him out of my stuff...like once he threw away the kids new insurance cards because he saw two copies in my wallet...I kept the old ones so I had the old pediatrician's phn # on it and the old effective dates...or there was the time he tossed something I had to mail into the police department (for our dog tags)...I was just waiting for our proof of spay/nueter before I mailed it...he thought it was just my copy so he tossed it....(all of these things were in my purse/wallet....thought they were safe...)

Logan is in bed with lights off by 7:30pm.. I'm usually in bed 9-10pm, depending on what I'm doing.. Usually closer to 9 though ;)

I never get to sleep early. I work at home so I am always up till 1am or so trying to get stuff done after my daughter sleeps. I used to wake up early (at around 5am) to get stuff done but she sleeps better at night so I switched to staying up late.
