Tell or Not Tell?

I don't even like to tell anyone that we are TTC, so I would keep that to myself as well. People are just too judgemental, and I don't need to hear the stories of "the sister of my college roomate's best friend tried Clomid and she ended up with quadruplets...". Those type of stories just make me nervous, and I'm anxious enough as it is. I could see if you have a job that could be affected by your side effects, then you should inform your boss. I would expect it to be kept confidential though.
