.I have twin sons from DE and I plan to tell them also. I don't think it is anything to be ashamed of and that our children should know their story. I've saved my donor's profile so they will have a copy of her families' health history should they ever need it. Her baby photos are in it and my youngest son looks like her and I imagine he might enjoy the comparison some day.

Hi there - Looks like the previous posters have been saying basically the same thing - but yes, I also plan on telling our daughter that she was conceived with donor sperm.

Totally with you on forgetting about how the Goober was conceived, especially as I get closer to my due date. I do have moments, especially when I think about who looks like who in my family or DH's family. In the long run, DH keeps saying that the fact that the Goober is a little anti-social for u/s and had a nice scowl on his/her face on the 3D u/s means it's just like me. :-)
