Don't miss your transfer for anything in the world, even if it means losing your job. Just keep telling them its a medical issue that is private. Reproductive issues are entirely none of their business. Medical procedures are entirely none of their business.

I have the exact same problems where I work. There is always some "crisis" or some very important deadline that comes up right around the same time I have a procedure scheduled. The real problem is, they don't have good enough management skills to find someone else to fill in for me.

The one advantage to having male bosses...don't tell that what exactly, but just its "female related"

They will usually back down faster than skiing downhill

That's what we did, especially the final round I got pg with Danny...missed CD3, 7, 11, 12-15 (part of the time) 18 and then again 21, 29, 35 and 40...

but after I said it was a female one bugged me. I did get a note from the RE, who had some that looked like an ob/gyn and it was just a general note. I never did use it

I told my supervisor my condition was due to female complications and that I would know how we would proceed when the test results came back.....that shut him up. I think he thought I had cancer or something....but it wasn't a lie because we did need to wait until the test results on my embies came back......Good luck ! Keep us posted !!!

Lots of ((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))
