Don't miss your transfer for anything in the world, even if it means losing your job. Just keep telling them its a medical issue that is private. Reproductive issues are entirely none of their business. Medical procedures are entirely none of their business.
I have the exact same problems where I work. There is always some "crisis" or some very important deadline that comes up right around the same time I have a procedure scheduled. The real problem is, they don't have good enough management skills to find someone else to fill in for me.

That's what we did, especially the final round I got pg with Danny...missed CD3, 7, 11, 12-15 (part of the time) 18 and then again 21, 29, 35 and 40...
but after I said it was a female issue...no one bugged me. I did get a note from the RE, who had some that looked like an ob/gyn and it was just a general note. I never did use it
I told my supervisor my condition was due to female complications and that I would know how we would proceed when the test results came back.....that shut him up. I think he thought I had cancer or something....but it wasn't a lie because we did need to wait until the test results on my embies came back......Good luck ! Keep us posted !!!
