Did I Need a full bladder????

I had my transfer yesterday and now I've read a lot of posts that said I needed to have a full bladder. I remember with my first transfer that a nurse may have mentioned it, but the last 3 no one said a word about it. The dr seemed to be able to see the catheter and the placement although he did say it was cloudy. I couldn't see it at all. Now I am so nervous that I may have messed up my last chance. Wouldn't the doctor have said something if he needed it really full? Please help!!!!

Some of this is personal choice by the doc. If he wasn't worried then don't be worried. Good luck

If the nurse didn't give you any instructions before hand and the doc didn't have any problems completing the xfer, than I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm not sure how a full bladder helps during the xfer so maybe someone else can chime in. I've had IVF's where I haven't had a full bladder and I've had IVF's were the nurse has specifically said to drink 20oz of water prior to xfer. I think it really just depends on the clinic.
