I'm feeling kind of stupid at the moment and would welcome any thoughts.

I know, I run a after sales department for the US and Canada and I feel stupid asking my nurse these questions.

Hi Izzy:

I'm no expert but I would say keep up with the vitamins, add some extra folic acid ( I take one @ night and prenatal in the am). I cut back coffee by allowing 1.5 cups per day , then 1 and then finally folgers decaf. Now all I'm doing is mint tea or an occasional caffeine free diet coke. I would keep running and taper off until ET ( just generally decrease mileage). No exercise after ET but after + beta you can probably add aqua jogging and then real jogging.

Don't be afraid to ask the nurse. You paid a lot of money for that expertise.
Hugs,
Gabrielle
