OMG you guys, the lab just called!! Out of the 23 eggs they got, 21 were mature. Out of those 21, ALL 21 FERTILIZED!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lab director just called and I answered and she asked how I was, and I told her I was SO nervous, ready to throw up and she said, now don't be nervous...I have good news for you....and OMG ALL 21 FERTILIZED!!!!!!!!!?? I can't even fathom this. I said to her 'you have no idea how happy I am...I've NEVER gotten good news before!' SHe asked me where I did IVF, and I told her at FCI

Thanks everyone for the positive comments!

The nurse called me a bit ago and we're definitely doing a 5dt. Yesterday they had told me that today they would not be looking at teh embies at all, but would call w/ a time for 3ddt, incase we needed to do that. but i guess that they did end up looking at them today, although the nurse had no info on how they were doing or how many were left, other than they're doign good enough to be pushed to a 5dt. THey will call me on Friday w/ the exact time of my ET on Saturday.

i've never heard such a good report either! I'm sure it is more than the lab (like the swimmers) but it is interesting that a lab switch made such a huge difference. Wow.

Best wishes to you,

Gabrielle

Wow, I can't believe it either. That is a fantastic Fert Report. Out of 14 eggs, we only had five fertilized, and only three made it to 5-day blast. Congratulations!
