I'm pretty sure I felt the moment of implantation, about two days after embryo transfer. I was attending a music recital at the time and felt a twinge deep in my uterus. It wasn't painful, but I HAVE heard of women experiencing pain and/or a little bleeding from implantation. Good luck!

I didn't feel anything for implantation - I didn't know if it worked or not till AF showed up or didn't. Sorry. I think you're a little early though - IIRC implantation is 6-10 days later. Sometimes there is spotting afterwards, but again, I never got that either. Good luck, and hope this is your month!

Thanks for your responses ladies! I know I'm early... I'm just really hoping this is the time! And wondering what the heck that pain was?!? Anyway, thanks again for the replies.

It still might be too early to see signs of implantation, here's some information I found for you:
