Belinda (32), DH Michael (36), Mitchell conceived by DI/ICSI (3.75)
After a year of upheaval and some marital issues last year, hopefully this year will be a new start for us. We've just moved up to Katherine, a town in remote Northern Australia and a far cry from Melbourne where we had been since just before Mitchell was born. The weather is tropical up here and it's the wet season at the moment, so very hot, humid with afternoon storms most days. There's lots of wildlife around, which is pretty cool and heaps of frogs when the rain comes. This year I will (finally) qualify as a voluntary breastfeeding counsellor, hope to almost finish my accounting degree (should just have a couple of subjects to go by the end of the year). Mitchell is also starting preschool 31 Jan, which is very exciting for us both :)
January is almost over but I thought better late than never:-)Elisia (35), DH and three DDs, our youngest conceived almost 5 years ago (post vas) through Home ICI/IVI on the second try using donor sperm. We are hoping to be able to re-locate this year. Besides I hope I can achieve my goals for the future: more patience (with myself and the kids) and to be able to not get too caught up in the everyday madness but to remember what really counts: that we are together and healthy and to enjoy each other.
Happy New 2007 to all! Elisia
