Wow Lauren, that's crazy :( After all this hassle, the cycle better run smoothly from here! I think a couple times I ran into orders not being faxed the first time (I was also monitoring locally for an out of state clinic). Good luck with everything!!!

Wow Lauren, they are uncooperative!! I really like that my clinic doesnt use lupron. Just BCP's estrace and progesterone, both suppositories and PIO. I didnt know that there was a shortage of lupron. It is great that you were able to locate some. I have been shopping around for PIO and found it cheapest at an online pharmacy in LaJolla, CA called fertilitymeds.com. They are the cheapest I have found if that helps at all. As far as the mock transfer, you have already had one successful transfer, isnt that enough? My clinic wanted me to have one too, but said they would deal if I couldnt get it done. I am having it done this Friday, but I just got lucky that my local RE would do it. His nurse said he usually doesnt for out of town patients. As far as the u/s, I also couldnt get one done on the day my clinic wanted it done as my local RE was booked. I got it done 2 days later and it was no big deal. I would see if your clinic can work with you a little on these things. Nothing is necessarily set in stone. I believe you are on BCP's too, right? See if they can work with you a little bit. Our nurse is really good about working with us and calling us back. She called in my meds to my local pharmacy within minutes of telling me she was going to. I hope that your program coordinator gets on the ball and is as cooperative as ours is!! Im supposed to get my schedule by email tomorrow. We will see how that goes. We are cycle buddies, you WILL get this done. <------------->(the rope connecting us, lol) I hope you get good news in the morning!! Good luck!! FX for you!!

Sorry Lauren - Seriously it doesn't surprise me that the nurse is not up to par.

Sorry for the headaches Lauren. Great that you found Lu Ron but, geez what do you pay the clinic for if they don't find meds for you? Hopefully this is your only hiccup on the road to a successful cycle!

Thanks for the support, ladies. After a fight with the insurance company regarding med coverage (I lost) I finally have my meds in my possession. I had my baseline u/s today and I'm waiting to hear back from the clinic to see if I can officially start Lupron tonight. I'm hoping we've dealt with all the snags and the rest of the cycle goes super smooth. I got my calendar in the mail and we are set to transfer on June 23rd. We will be on vacation 4 days before that so I plan on taking full advantage of the relaxation before the transfer!

Wow you got things going so fast you are ahead of me!! I have my schedule also, but we arent doing our transfer until July 8. That is when we can get the time to just chill out in a hotel in NJ for a few days to let our embies settle in before we drive 5+ hours back home. Im actually looking forward to it. Me, DH in a hotel room with nothing to do but watch tv and snuggle!!

We moved pretty quickly because we are MORE than ready. We were ready in October when we originally got on our home clinic's waiting list so not transferring until June
