Hi ladies,

I've misplaced the contract I signed w/ SG. It's somewhere in the office and in a safe place...LOL ! My pregnancy brain has no clue where that safe place is !

My question is this, I seem to remember there is a $500 refund for those who travel from out of state and participate in the

Bumping up b/c this would apply to me if we go w/ Shady Grove.

I'm not sure the shared risk pgm w/ our center makes the most sense, so I'm trying to figure out if a 5 hour drive to the closest SG will be doable.

Hi Spencer, Where do you live ? We drove 4.5 hours and made the trip several times back and forth in one day. We travelled the PA trunpike from Pittsburgh and it wasn't that bad.

Gabriellle did PM me and said that in her contract it says that once the baby is born and the contract is complete it mentions something about getting a $300 rebate. However, there's somehting in it about having to have it prearranged to get the refund. I need to find my contract. Still looking......duh !!

Spencer:

I make a 5.5 hour trip from NC to SG. I've only had to go twice (normally you go once before ET when you are doing mock cycle) .They do u/s and BW locally and then fax the results to my nurse at SG.

We went twice because DH is in school in TX for the summer so he had to do a sperm sample and SW appointment before leaving. Then I went back for my mock cycle. They put all my appointments in 1 day for me. i met with the Dr, had 2 u/s (different types) and met with my nurse. I did my finances through my own bank because the rate is better than their plan and that was it.

Hope this helps,

Gabrielle

After too many failed natural cycles to mention, discover that previously clear tubes have become blocked after surgery to remove fibroids (however, no more fibroids). Decent FSH for 40 year old
