Sounds like you have it down...along with the pineapple and core you can eat a few brazil nuts each day. I've read the selenium is supposed to help implantation.

Hi there:

I'm a slacker. I drank coffee in moderation until the day of transfer (I never drink more than an 8 oz cup per day), had an occasional glass of wine and skipped the pineapple. I exercised too but not heavily. I tend to eat well in general.

However the one thing I did was strictly observe the 24 hour bed rest my RE set. The only time I got up was to go to the bathroom. I also have been on a baby aspirin/prenatal vitamin combo for the last couple of years (I have a clotting disorder)

Sounds like you've got it all under control! Drink lots of water and get plenty of rest, and try to take time each day to slow down, meditate or do some deep breathing/relaxation. Honestly, I exercised (pilates and walking too) right up until the day of my transfer. It doesn't matter as much when you're not stimulating your ovaries, and it helps increase circulation to your uterus. And yup, I ate the pineapple too, starting the day before transfer and continued till about 5 days after.

Lots of luck!

I think just getting yourself prepared for pregnancy is the best thing to do. Get yourself in shape, change your diet to healthy stuff, ween off of bad stuff like too much caffeine or alcohol or whatever. I started acupuncture a few months before the transfer but definitely do it -it is relaxing. I don't think there is anything special to do other than be ready to be positive about getting pregnant! Think of things you won't be doing once you get pregnant -like clean out your garage or whatever because you won't be able to do it for 9 months! :)

Good luck!
