I need some motivation.
I have been caffeine and
I am probably going to give up coffee about a month before the ET (at this point sometime in August). I'm not much of a drinker and I don't smoke. I use artifical sweeteners but only about 1-2 packets per day if I use them, so I don't think it will make much of a difference. I'm a fairly healthy eater but I like sweets and salt. I try to limit the junk food. Other than that, no major changes for me.
My biggest vice, really my only, is coffee. I only drink 1 cup of 2/3 reg 1/3 decaf a day, (though today since AF is here I'm letting myself have a second!) So I'm going to just start cutting down on that till I'm down to just decaf, and then maybe give it up entirely once I'm actually in the cycle. I don't drink (but that's a personal decision not related to TTC) and I eat pretty healthy though I certainly don't avoid sugar and though I eat a lot of whole grains I enjoy my pasta and white bread when I go out to eat. I would be a miserable you-know-what if I cut everything out completely. I am more about eating more of the good stuff then eliminating things. I just signed us up for Urban Organic because I want to start eating all organic and I figure this will motivate me to eat more fruit and veggies too since I won't want to waste them. I am never going to give up the occasional small piece of dark chocolate either. I buy a bar every couple of weeks and just eat one or two squares a day. I figure it's sort of like a vitamin- a very delicious delectable vitamin.
Wow that ended up being long but I love talking about food- I could go on and on.
I guess I'm being
