Your November chart looks shows ovulation on CD13, which I agree with, so that's a good start. :o)
Your current chart doesn't have a confirmed ovulation on it quite yet, but I will bet my Christmas cookies that you O'd on CD17. The spotting was likely related to ovulation. Your CM started drying up that day, and it is the last day of temps below your coverline. All classic O signs.
OPKs work great for some women and not so great for others. Try not to let those tests frustrate you. They can be a useful tool, but they don't always work just right. Your chart should clearly tell you when you have ovulated, and your CM lets you know when O may be approaching.
Since you O'd later this cycle, you should be expecting AF later. You had a 13 day LP last cycle, so if you are not pregnant, you can expect AF around CD30 sometime, give or take a couple of days.
Is the spotting during your luteal phase normal for you? Have you recently stopped taking birth control or are there other factors that may impact your cycle?

Hmmm. The hormones from the nuvaring could still be lingering in your system. It can take up to 6 cycles for those to completely work their way out of your system. Some women have no linger effects from hormonal BC, but others find that they need to give their body a bit of time to get back into the swing of things.
The spotting in the LP *may* be a bit of a concern. I had that type of spotting in my LP after my first daughter was born. I found that 100 mg of B6 every day during my LP helped hold a bit of the spotting at bay. The spotting isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it is possible that it is a symptom of a luteal phase problem.
The TSH level should be between 1 and 2 for TTC. While .45 might be okay for a "regular" person, for TTC, it should be a bit higher. My lovely co-cl, Sue, may be able to point you in the right direction for information on that.
All that aside, I am sending you lots of baby dust for this cycle! Hopefully you'll get your bfp in about two weeks and won't have to worry about any of this. :o)
