also wondering, how big an impact does NOT getting the three hours of sleep before temp taking have? I find that I am not the sound sleeper I used to be and wake up a few times at night. Most of the time, I don't get up, just roll over and go back to sleep.

I am not a very sound sleeper either so that was a big problem I had temping, I always had to get up to get dd something, go to the bathroom get a drink or whatever. And I also spent alot of time tossing around, as long as you go right back to sleep, and are not awake for a long period of time, I dont think it will be a problem. Since you are not actually up moving around. At least that is what I found with me anyway. Good luck and welcome

Your sleep doesn't sound bad to me. As long as you are waking and then going back to sleep, that sounds pretty much like a normal sleep cycle to me! I wouldn't worry too much, at least at this point. Sue
