Did I miss the link to your chart?
Welcome to the board!
It doesn't look like you have O'd. You did get a +OPK, but there's no CM pattern or temp shift to confirm. A little later in your cycle, you had a nice-looking CM pattern, but again no temp shift to confirm.
Just to cover the basics, are you taking your temps with a basal thermometer at the same time each morning? Have you recently come off of hormonal birth control or have anything else going on that would affect your cycle?
