i am starting to get stressed about my cycles. i seem to be o'ing late or an mot temping right. last month my temp went up when i thought i o'ed but this month it did not. i am sure i o'ed yesterday evening because i had major pain around where i would have cramps for my period and it felt like my bladder was going to blow (sorry tmi) every time i felt like i had to go i would only go a bit and then i would get a sharp pain along with the lingering bladder pain all evening. it was so bad by late evening i went it as i thought it was an uti but it cam back clean so i am thinking i o'ed. i got up thinking my temp would go up but nope it is right where it has been all month so not i am starting to freak thinking i am not o'ing or something bad is going on.

my question is ..... is it possible to o but your temp not go up for a day or 2 after you o. and is it possible that it was or pain or do you think it was something else? and is it possible to o without your temp showing it at all?

here is my chart for this month and last month: (last month is not a full chart as i started charting half way through the month)

Yes, it is possible to O but not see that reflected in temps for a couple of days.

thanks for answering that for me. i was not able to get to the computer until late today so my temp is in there now but i am sad it went down again. i am starting to wonder if its because i am leaving my windows open at night and the temp outside is tossing my body temp for a loop.

It is not unusual to have your temps jump up and down a little bit after O. The overall pattern is what is important, and not the individual temps. With another few temps on your chart, you should know for sure, but it does look like you have O'd. Good luck!
