do you adjust your temps at off times?

If you wake up at a different time than when you normally temp, do you adjust it or just use the temp at the time you woke? Several times this cycle my youngest has gotten up at 4 am and needed my, so I took my temp then rather than at my usual 5:15. I've been using an online adjuster that adds .1 degree for every 30 min. But it seems to me like a quarter of a degree is a lot for an hour and 15 min. of extra sleep, doesn't it? So I'm wondering if I should go back and use the actual temps I got. It doesn't change things a lot, but it would mean

Sorry - I'm having some brain issues this morning and posted the wrong attachment the first time. Here is the correct revised chart. Thanks!

I do adjust my temps according to the .1 degree for every 30 minutes rule. I don't normally adjust for 15 minutes or less, though so if I was off by 45 minutes I'd only adjust for 30. Does that make sense? It isn't a huge difference though, so it really doesn't matter. Your temps look good to me, so I'd say you are still in the running. It's never over until the fat lady shows up!

Luteal phase temps really don't tell us an awful lot about whether or not we are pregnant. I've seen non-PG charts with gorgeous, high, tri-phasic temps, and I've seen PG charts where the temps bounced up and down and hovered just a smidge above the coverline. Yes, tri-phasic charts are a bit more likely to be PG charts, but not enough so that I would put any hope in it.

I hope this helps! I'm sending lots of BFP wishes!

Yep, you're adjusting correctly.

If my timing is off by more than half an hour in either direction, I make a note in FF and get an open circle instead of closed. I don't bother adjusting my temperature, because it doesn't make that much of a difference to my overall patterns.
