I'm so glad you found us and I hope we can help you.

I would suggest that you really look into charting your cycles. It sounds like your cycles are irregular...whether that's caused by the cysts or not is hard to say. Charting will help you know if you're ovulating at all or not, or if there are other abnormalities to your cycle that might be preventing you from getting pregnant. If there is an abnormality of some kind, having the chart will help your doctor to (hopefully) see that, as well.

We can help you get started charting, so feel free to ask questions. The basics that you need are a basal body temperature (BBT) thermometer, and a way to record your data. Most people have an online chart nowadays...Fertility Friend is a good place to start. Fertility Friend also has a "charting university" free course on the basics, so it's a good place to start. The book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler is also a good library addition.

Educating yourself about your body can be so empowering, and it can also save you some of the worry. Sometimes when you think you're "late" you really aren't late...perhaps you ovulated later than you thought you would, for instance. So not only will charting help you know exactly when you're ovulating...if you do ovulate late, you'll know that you're really not "late", because it's really not time. That's just an example...not saying that's what's happening with you, but I think you get the drift.

Let us know if you have questions about charting and we'll be glad to help.
